REGISTRATION SIGN UP

Meeting registration includes admittance to all technical sessions, a copy of the abstract book, proceedings (to be sent after the meeting), one admission to the welcome mixer and banquet, and daily breakfasts and breaks. One-day, retired, or spouse/guest registration do not include admission to either the banquet or mixer.

Registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to September 14, 2008 in order to receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee. Meeting registrations and additional tickets/publications will not be refunded after September 14, 2008; however, you may send a substitute.
