Instructions & Guidelines for Submitting Papers

Full Papers

Accepted peer-reviewed papers will be published in Fusion Science and Technology as the proceedings of the 18TH TOFE conference.

• To be considered for the Best Student Paper Award, student (first author) written papers are due by September 28, 2008 no later than 8:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time.
• All other papers are due by October 2, 2008.

Manuscript preparation guidelines

• Please follow the Detailed Guidelines when preparing your manuscript
• We recommend using the MS Word Template attached here for your convenience
• Please do not number pages

Please adhere to the following page limits. (Authors will be billed $100.00 per page for each page in excess of the page limit.)

Plenary papers – 10 pages
Invited papers – 8 pages
Contributed papers – 5 pages

Checklist for Paper Submission

• Prepare your manuscript in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats
• Complete the Key Word Form to prepare for uploading
• Complete, sign, and scan the Copyright Form to prepare for uploading. (Alternatively you may fax the signed form to "TOFE" at +1 925 424-6401)
• Have the 4-digit Log number assigned to you available
